Polaroid Camera...hugely popular in the 1970 through 80's before the digital revolution. Current and last model One600 series.

The Good; instant photograph that develops before your eyes, good color, contrast and depth of field; photos do last well in album but will fade overtime if exposed to light.

The Bad; no negative so you have the one and only image; reproduction by copying is possible but difficult to capture the classic Polaroid image.

More Bad; the 600 film time zero / SX70 film is being discontinued; stocks are being purchased by Polaroid enthusists.

More Good; Polaroid 600 and 779 film is not being discontiued and with a slight modification to the SX70 camera you can continue to use them for another few years.

The reason POLAROID SX70 Film is being discontinued is stated to be due to the phasing out of components etc.

Polaroids are great Cameras and the high tech hand helds are still used by law enforement agencies even today.

You might be lucky to find one at Walmart!!!
