Not long ago, I read in a magazine about some kind of noodles that were super-low in calories. I think they were Japanese, possibly even rice noodles. I don't remember, but I really want to try them!! Their biggest selling point is that they are very low calorie.. And I think I remember reading something about them having a weird texture. I'm familiar with many types of noodles.....I know they aren't soba or rice sticks.....Thanks!!
