What is the name or the artist of the yellow and blue characters?

okay so there are these cute little alien type things that are blue and yellow. they have a heart on their chest and they have no legs. their body is square and then they have arms and a big head and all they have on their head is white eyes. they are so cute and I'm looking to find them so i can put them on my website.

i need some help =]

p.s. this question was already asked once but it was answered by care bears and that is not what i am looking for.
