We get paid .485 cents a mile, but it seems like it needs to go up since gas prices have gone up. Does anyone know where to get this information? Thanks...

  1. Most companies use the IRS standard rate for business mileage, which is adjusted from time-to-time for rising costs.

48.5 cents/mile was the rate for all of 2007.

    The rate for January-June 2008 was 50.5 cents/mile.

    Starting July 1, 2008, the rate is 58.5 cents/mile.
