  1. Calling Canada is just like calling the USA.

    00 1 + the ten digit number

  2. A list of area codes for Canada/US: http://www.areacodelocations.info/

  3. The dialing code for Canada is 00 1.

  4. Canadian numbers consist of a 3-digit area code followed by a 7-digit number, and Canada shares the country code 1 with the U.S.

Dialing from the U.K. it is 00-1-x*x-x*x-xxxx (i.e.13 digits in total).

  5. I have family in two different areas of Canada and the code I have is 001 for both of them. The total numbers in each is 13. Hope that is of some help to you. I am about to phone them know as it is 3pm over there.

  6. It depends to which province you're calling in Canada

here's a site that gives you exactly what you want, i figured out that the code from the UK to Canada is 011 but you apparently have to add something for the province in Canada

    hope I helped

  7. To dial Canada from your landline, dial 00 1 YYY x*x XXXX.

1 is the country code, same as the US. YYY is the 3 digit area code and x*x XXXX is the seven digit number. In total you dial 13 numbers.

If dialling from a mobile, dial + instead of 00, though 00 will work in the UK.
