  1. The National PokeDex is a PokeDex upgrade from Professor Oak that expands your PokeDex to support all pokemon in the entire series.

In order to obtain the National PokeDex, you'll need to complete the game (by beating the Elite Four & the PokeLeague Champ) & see all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Region.  If you fight all the trainers along the way to the Pokemon League HQ, you should have all but about 1 or 2...  which you'll see in the PokeLeague.

    Hope that helps!

  2. the national dex records all the pokemon from all the regions.for more info go to http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/N...

  3. The national dex is the pokedex you need to get all the older pokemon in the game.

  4. You have to beat the Pokemon League to get the National Poke Dex.

The National Poke Dex the Pokemon Dex that lists all the Pokemon in every region and game. Of Course you have to see the Pokemon in order to get its information. Your goal is to try to see and catch every pokemon!

P.S. After beating the Pokemon League go to Hearthome City and talk to BeBe. I'm pretty sure her house is right beside the pokemon Center. She will give you an Eevee at lv5. Now you have an Eevee!

    Hope this helps:)
