  6. I'm Thai, and we haven't thought of that yet. There're many. By the way, Suzie Wong is from Hong Kong.

  7. Pok Pok which is papaya salad. No1 spicy dish in the world made with unripened papaya, sugar, fish sauce, tamarind, tomato, triple chilli's and whatever extras they like depending on which region your in.

  8. I don't think there is a specific dish that is recognized as the national dish of Thailand, but tom yum goong, a hot and sour prawn soup would probably be considered one of them. A couple of years ago Thailand held a cook-off to find the best tom yum goong recipe in the country. Other very popular dishes associated with Thai cuisine are pad thai, a stir fried noodle dish, gaeng keow wan gai (green curry with chicken) and som tum or papaya salad.
