  1. There is no legally-enforceable minimum wage in Denmark.  However, labour unions wield great influence in wage levels and benefits.  An individual must take control to negotiate a good wage commensurate with experience and qualifications.

  2. i own a cleaning company in denmark and we were told that minimum wage is 109 kroner and we cant pay less then that. We pay our employees 120 kr per hour and 140 per hour for back up work...alot of cleaning companies average this and some even pay 150kr for the bigger ones.

  3. Most employers will pay their workers anywhere between 85 to 100 kroners an hour. The minimum wage is around the 90 mark, but most employers will pay a little more just to look good.
