I do not know of one here in Ottawa but there is one in Montreal - about a 1.5 hour drive east. it is at

    Bank of America Canada  - 514-938-1600

This address on Rene Levesque Quest is close to the downtown area.

I just called them and they are a corporate office only and informed me that they do not do any banking in Canada at all.

There are no Bank of America branches. But through the Global ATM alliance, you can use any Scotiabank ATM without paying any extra fees.

Otherwise,  almost any ATM in Canada will work if you just want to get money, but there will extra costs.
