What is the nearest train station to the village of Watnall in Nottinghamshire?

What is the nearest train station to the village of Watnall in Nottinghamshire?

There is no railway station nearby, but you need to travel to Nottingham and then change on to the Nottingham Tram system which goes to Bulwell and Hucknall, I'm not sure which is the nearest to Watnall (which I had to look up on an atlas!) I'm also not sure how you would get from the tram to the village.

this would be Hucknall,which is on the 'Robin Hood Line',it runs from Nottm Mid-Worksop,you can get the tram from Nottm Mid-Hucknall,which is also the terminus for the tram,then it's a case of walking upto the Market Place and catching a bus

Reckon it's Bulwell...I think you have to go to Nottingham first then on to Bulwell. It's 3 and a half miles from there. Hope this helps.
