  1. ok so from what i read the new force out rule is the wide receiver must be carried out in the air for it to be a force out where as the old rule was if they appeared to be coming down in bounds and was pushed out. other then being carried out of bounds there is no force out rule the player has to come down with two feet in bounds or carried out completely
