What is the new law in kentucky,concerning parolees getting good time while on parole

I am on parole, was violated in oct 2--7 after doing 17 months on parole, i did 17 months in jail waiting to get parole, (5 year sentence) max outdate is march of 2009, i was in jail 5 months before being reinstated on parole again, but my understanding is i shpould be off parole because of the new law

No good time granted to a parole/probation violator.

Yes...you are right the new law states parolee's and probationers get time off sentence for good time on the streets....Ex.  I have a 1yr sentence and i have been sentenced 5yrs probation.  I have since been on probation for 11mths if i s***w up i will have to serve 1mth  then it is time served and i am off probation and everything.  Hope that answers your question....i dont know the name of the new law though..sry
