go to www.themeparkinsider.com/awards/ or ThemedParks.blogspot.com. There is no record that i can find of a new one. Everytime I check in my search it brings up Universal as #1 result. But Universal has been around for a few years already. Sorry I couldn't really help.

there are no new parks being constructed at this time. however, universal was the last park to officially announce a new ride as well as in being currently in the process of building a new section to Island of Adventure based on the Harry Potter movies. that won't be open for another year or two. that is probably why they show up on that list.
