What is the new viewsat fix?

I need it, cause I want to watch. I need the fix for viewsat ultra 2000 and viewsat extreme 2000; the newest file, for today, because my channels just went today. No keys, unless you can explain how to insert the keys, cause im confused about that. THANK YOU.
