What is the next best basketball league in the world after the NBA?

Is it Euroleague? I think that is all the best teams in Europe put together right?

the euroleague is just like the nba, with teams that fly across the continent playing each other.  it is definitely the next best basketball league in the world, and in my opinion would be able to rival the nba in 10-20 years time, because of the massive cash flows it gets (just look what happened to childress, and then jason kidd said he wouldn't mind playing there in a few years time for the MONEY)

after the euroleague it would probably be the china league, the NBL (australia), and im not sure of any south american leagues
