LOL Hannah you are waiting off the coast of Florida. (Tropical Storm Hanna)  Do not know if you will make it to hurricane status yes.  keep an eye on the NOAA site to see.  You will be heading along the coast of Florida and up the eastern seaboard.

Gustav will hit the Gulf Coast tonight or tomorrow morning, then Katharine will hit the Gulf Coast not long after.

The next named system in the Atlantic basin would be "Ike", whether it is a tropical storm, or goes on to become a hurricane.

There is still a potential for "Hanna" to reach hurricane status.
