What is the night time weather like in Tokyo?

I've heard that day weather in Tokyo, Japan is hot and humid with a high chance in showers.

Now I'd like to know what the night time weather is like. After the sun sets, and until 2 am, what is the weather like?

Temperature, humidity, anything I should know. Thank you.

Well daytime is like you described and at night time dragons come out of the sewers and the temperature drops by 100 degrees.
