What is the noise ordinance for the city of Lancaster, PA?

I had my music up high in my car while I was working on my lawn when my neighbor said his house was gonna blow up which it wasn't that loud. I have trouble with my neighbor and I want to know how loud I could play my music without causing any trouble.

I'd say as long as it's the middle of the day, and not midnight, you should be able to play it at a reasonably loud level without any trouble.  I wouldn't do it for 8 hours, but 2 or 3 hours should be ok.
