What is the normal aircraft broker/middleman commission rate?

there's this investor that I know who is in the market for some jet airplanes. I've managed to introduce him to an aircraft manufacturer/seller. in a nutshell, this makes me the middleman. as much as i do want to make money from this project, i want to know the normal/standard commission rate paid to brokers/middlemen. thanks.

    Did you know the manufacturer or seller?

    Was the information you provided readily available on the internet, or was it based on your personal relationships and knowledge?

    Did you assist with financing?

    Did you analyze the investors needs and help them decide on what airplane fit their requirements?
