  1. around 18% for models

anywhere up to 24% is considered LEAN

  2. Adult females: 19%-29%

    Fitness models: 15%-18%

P.S. Skinny does not equal lean. Catwalk models are not leaner than fitness models or body builders even if they look skinnier and weigh less. 12% body fat looks like this: http://effectivebodybuilding.files.wordp... not like this: http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p70/z...

  3. 19-24% is the norm for woman

    under 19 is considered unhealthy

    over 24 is considered unhealthy

I learned this last year in health class

  4. Normal girl= 20-30%

    Super skinny model maybe 12%

When I was in college, my whole Cross Country team took underwater(only accurate measure) bodyfat tests and most of the div1 track girls were over 20%

  5. avarage

  6. Last year I was 19% and could easily have lost more fat without being considered "model thin" but then again I am more muscular than many women.  I would say 16-17% would be ideal for me, but depends on the woman too.
