  1. 15 percent, yo

  2. I usually pay 10%.

  3. In a restaurant 10% of the total bill is an acceptable tip.  If the service has been excellent then leave up to 15%. A 10% service charge is sometimes added to your bill, especially for groups of more than 6 people.  Check the bill or menu to find out if it has.  You can add your tip to the bill or leave a cash tip on the table or give it to your waiter. If you feel that the service has not been good, mention it to your waiter or waitress or the manager.  It is not usual to tip bar staff. Personal preference will decide whether you tip taxis.  If in doubt, round the fare up to the nearest pound or 50p.  In hotels, guest houses and serviced self-catered apartments it is a good idea to leave any spare coins for cleaning staff at the end of your stay and to tip porters or concierges who have been helpful.

  4. Leave extra money on the table beyond the cost of the bill.

  5. don't if you aint happy with the service. then 10 percent if you are...

  6. Who says you have to be normal.

  7. 20 percent of the tab

  8. dont do it

  9. use the council site like everyone else

  10. 15-20% before tax

  11. It depends on the service. If you are very satisfied you can tip up to 15/20%. If the service is c**p give them bugger all

  12. Give the waiter a kiss on the cheek if not very happy with the service, or on the lips if very happy.

The best tip in the wolrd.
