  1. An individual can vary their resting heart-rate bye either neglecting themself - a diet high in fats which end up narrowing arteries and causing high blood-pressure (hypertension) or they can exercise and train to a high level of aerobic fitness, and see their rest rate decrease from a typical 70 or so beats/minute to a number in the low 50's.

    Been there, done that.

  2. Normal range is between 60-90 beats per minute, with the average being 70.

Athletes may have a lower pulse rate, which is normal and fine.

  3. Under 1 year - 110-160 Beats per minute

    1-2 year - 100-150 BPM

    2-5 year - 95 - 140 BPM

    5-11 year - 80 - 120 BPM

    11 year plus (adult basically) 60 - 100

Here's the respiratory rate too, (how many breaths per minute)

    Under 1 year - 30-40

    1-2 year - 25-35

    2-5 year - 25-30

    5-11 year 20-25

    11 and over - 12- 20

  4. 68 beats per minute

  5. 68 is average, most peoples is between 60-70

  6. 60 to 80 is a good gauge for it but it depends on the person.

  7. For mostly all ages its between 60bpm to 90 bpm

    If your Fit and Heathy

  8. It depends on weight and height, what they're doing and such. More details would be better, and the answers would be more accurate. ^-^
