I don't know a lot of english but if u mean the black spot in the middle of the eye then I can tell u that it changes.

When there's a lot of light around (e.g. in the sun) you, it's smaller so that it would "absorb" less light.

When there's little light around you (in the dark) it's very big so that it absorbs as much light as possible
