  1. Your weight is perfectly normal hun.

    For your age/height up to 8 stone 6lb is fine.

  4. You are 12 years old!  Unless you are overweight enough to cause health problems you are fine.  You are still growing!  Now is not the time to be worrying about such things.  Puberty is just around the corner and your body will need whatever it has stored up.

    There is not standard weight that people should way for their age.  It's what ever is right for your body type.  

    To avoid being overweight eat everything in moderation.  Don't just eat the tasty stuff but don't completely cut it out either.  Also, when you are "hungry" make sure you really are.  A lot of people eat when 1- they are bored, 2- thirsty, 3 - preoccupied.  

    But really go out and enjoy being twelve!  

  5. i think she is, i don't know exactly the equivalent of kilo to a pound or stone, for certain if she's only 12 year old and she's already 50 kilos and more 5'2 on height she is overweight. if i were the mother i will control her food, at least she has to go down to 45 kilos to give time for the body develope much later if you want to have a beautiful daughter then you have to control her eating habits.

    when i was 13 year old and my due arrived my mother controled my food intake, i felt very bad because i thought she doesn't love me, and because i was the first daughter and my other sisters was not treated like i was. today i tell you i saw the outcome, i am very proud to tell you that i was grateful what my mother done to me, today i remained slim and my other 2 sisters that my mother didn't impose food dieting they look much older than i am fatter than normal, dispite that i have a child i kept my body in good shape. but of course when i realized that my mother done a good job with me i didn't abuse myself with food, i watch what i eat until today but sometimes happen once a week i let myself eat what i don't usually eat with moderation not crazy; such as ice cream and piece of cake and at night just salad.

    why not do the same. I am slim and remained slim 20 years after.
