  1. It means one country accepts to supply the raw materils to another country for its nuclear projects under conditions. If both parties were agreed to that, an agreement will be made between the countries. Its called Nuclear Agreement/ deal.

  2. Nuclear deal means a deal between 2 countries where there is construction of nuclear reactors for production of power.......for example the present nuclear deal between india and the US......India has since many years not signed the nuclear non proliferation treaty(NPT).This NPT if signed does not allow a country to make nuclear weapons......so India does not want to sign it......As you know that we dont produce enough power to support every1.....and India's nuclear reactors are taking lot of time for development.......so India wants to have a deal with the US for construction of nuclear reactors in our country........actuallly this is a difficult deal since India has not signed the NPT and hence can use the reactors from US for developing nuclear weapons.....thats why other countries have a problem with that......In India the prob is that if the deal goes through and if in any situation India tests a nuclear weapon then the US can just stop the reactors form working by not sending fuel as we dont have enough nuclear fuel in our country.......

  3. deal which has no nucleas
