The number on the pager was 555-0123 (it turned out to be close to someones real number and she ended up suing them because of it).  I am sure that 867-5309 is a real number somewhere.

You can sue for whatever reason you want to in the U.S., haven't you ever heard of frevolous lawsuits.  Anyways here is more information on the women who ended up suing the company because she was getting phone calls for God at all hours of the day and night

You cant sue some one for having a close number if the use 555.
