Beans, beans, and MORE beans.  I should know because my whole family eats beans EVERY SINGLE DAY! Whew! I have to boil beans in a HUGE pot every weekend!

They eat beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I'm from Puerto Rico and we LOVE our rice.  My mom used to have to make a huge pot of white rice every day for our family.  Now I have traded the rice for the beans!!

Although I still cook my Rican food! :)
