What is the nutritional value of a McDonalds LARGE yogurt parfait?

when I checked on their website it only showed the small parfait. NO fair!

  1. Go to the site and get the nutritional values and double them. The large size is nearly 10 oz, which is twice the size of the small one.

  3. I do not know exactly, but you can be sure that it is better than eating the french fries or any of the hamburger products. Period. The yogurt is low fat, and a good source of protein and calcium, and also magnesium and potassium, and the fruit is filled with vitamins and fiber. The only thing which might not be low fat would be the granola, but you don't have to use that if you do not want to, or you can choose to use less of it. The salads are typically good choices as well, as long as you choose low fat dressings. Order a bottled water and you are good to go.
