The caribbean is made up of alot of islands, each islands government webpage may have an estimate of its tourists each year... Typically we export bananas, well st lucia does, and I think barbados exports sugar cane products, cane syrup, cane sugar etc. You should look at each island in question separately and get their stats then combine your info... if not just do a search which should give you a rough estimate....
