What is the official U.S release date of the new psp 3000 and how much will it cost?

yay, i had ordered a daxter bundle off of gamestop.com but it got backorderd and somehow my order was canceled so then i ordered it off of amazon.com and canceled it the other b/c it's already been a month since i first ordered the psp the first time and i was just gonna go to gamestop and pick up a black one but then i found out they are coming out with a psp 3000 and i just decieded well ill wait 2 more months and get a better psp.

(and for all of you that dont know the screen is brighter it has a mic and the home button is now a playstation logo but there is a downside- the batter last 30mins shorter)

it will come in a fun pack . but the date is now oct 2008

It will be released on October 31, 2008 in the U.S. and will be about $200.
