What is the name of the oil rig off the coast at Leven / Buckhaven in Scotland ( http://www.urlf.org/HHTEG/ for google maps pic)

Is it in production or what is the plan for it?

Been there for years and never heard anything about it and cant find anything when searching the net.

  1. That's quite an old photo. I don't believe it is there any more. There was a massive rig visible many miles away from where I was a number of years ago.

    This will have come from the big Forth Ports / Kvaerner Oil & Gas facility (Methil Docks) to the left where such things are built.

  3. It looks as if it is laid up. Cant read the name on the heli deck but the whole thing looks derelict probably awaiting dismantling
