  1. Fish, most families had fish on a friday.


  2. If you go way back there was a band that did a lot of blues and they were called EARTH. They played a lot with Richie Blackmore. The lead singer of EARTH was Jonathon Osbourne. Later they decided to take there musical direction to more darkish doom-like state. They became known as Black Sabbath. John became Ozzy, and Richie Blackmore started Deep Purple. That's about as far back as I know. That's why they call Ozzy Osbourne the "Godfather of Metal"!!!
