This is a really intriguing question. I guess it would depend on what you mean. Oldest known garden, oldest existing garden, or even oldest remains of a garden.

If you mean oldest known garden I would guess somewhere in the fertile crescent, India, or China. If you're looking for the oldes existing garden, these may be the areas to start looking also.
