  5. I think Strawberries are the only fruit with seeds on the outside, but not sure about a veg your can't freeze. Maybe tomato or cucumber?

  13. As stated, your question has no good answer for the first part.  Any vegetable can be frozen.  The results may not be too tasty, but anything can be frozen.

    Lettuce is the only vegetable that is never frozen for sale.
