I think Strawberries are the only fruit with seeds on the outside, but not sure about a veg your can't freeze. Maybe tomato or cucumber?

I thought you could freeze any of them. Those with a high water content will be a bit "squidgy" when you defrost them, though.

Green beans get funny when you freeze them, and so do cucumbers. Strawberries have seeds on the outside. I should know, yesterday my housemates and I ate an entire quart of them in one sitting!

As stated, your question has no good answer for the first part.  Any vegetable can be frozen.  The results may not be too tasty, but anything can be frozen.

Lettuce is the only vegetable that is never frozen for sale.
