It is on the rise. If this trend continues, you will see them at the top in a few years. However, the key words are belief in themselves and consistency. While they have got the first, the second is lacking.

Wish I could say that for Indian hockey, though. Any news about the Azlan Shah trophy in Kuala Lumpur?

Indian cricket team ROCKZZZ....Indian cricketers are the best! I love my indian cricket team.....And i think they are in the right track yaar....i hope to see them as with the world cup in 2011!

its gud to be a cricketer..in india...it pays of too much..n really our players r aslo doing a gud..job..but a lot more has to be done ..inorder to reach the class n  style of our australian counterparts

the cricket board is bad, they bring politics into the game,

and as far as the game that indian team plays is concerned, they have the resources in abundance but r struggling to utilise, the reasons being many, and i dont think india must follow the australians, they must improve their cricketing standards and prove that indian cricket is the best. i believe that each and every person has different ways to succeed, it applies to the teams and nations as well.
