I am not into conspiracy theories as some people who post about global warming seem to be but it is true that world public opinion on the subject has been formed by politics more than science.

We have very little real scientific understanding of climate on a global scale. There are many factors that cause the global climate to function as it does and nobody understands all of them yet. Global warming has only been studied for about 15 years and even those calling themselves "experts" are pretty new to the subject.

My fellow doctor.  Look at Bob's reply.  Instead of giving you science, he gives a link to public opinion.  

That's the science behind "global warming".  I have no doubt that if these scientist were able to cast a secret ballot, we would have a different consensus.

global warming is toatly reall and is cuased almost completly by humans!!!!!!! Earth might be heating up on its own, but never this fast!!!!! and all of those people who do not think it is reall must have thier heads up their butts

Real. The distraction from it in the interest of warfare could prove fatal so if The Human Right to Peace could for a start be introduced into The U.S.Bill Of Rights then things might improve. The next step for it to become a world wide right for citizens. Then The Right to an unpolluted Environment and for citizens to protect The Environment. The right for all nations to own their resources without fear of war .

This board has no consistent opinion.  It's not exactly Harvard.

But the real world does.  They say global warming is real, and mostly caused by us.
