What is the opposite of all the sun signs? I read in a book somewhere....

About the opposites, but I want to see if its correct. Ive seen a lot of people on yahoo answers who say nothing close to what it says in this astrology book. I want to know if its right. Here are the opposites:

Aries-Pisces

Gemini-Taurus

Leo-Cancer

Libra-Virgo

Sagittarius-Scorpio

Aquarius-Capricorn

So are those right? I mean I read the reasons in the book why they are correct but a lot of the yahoo answers community disagrees...

no. the opposite of each sign is the sign that is directly on the other side of the zodiac wheel.

aries-libra

sagittarius-gemini

leo-aquarius

cancer-capricorn

pisces-virgo

scorpio-taurus

aries is exactly opposite of libra on the zodiac wheel, for example. sagittarius is opposite of gemini, etc.

No they are not!

the polar complete opposites of each sign do not border each other. for example aries is right after pisces as the months go march april.....

aries is across from libra, which is actually 6 months across in the calendar, and is also opposite in personality AND on a soul level. but the thing is, they are opposite ends of the same spectrum. so aries is pure energy and libra is pure thought or mental ability. aries is active libra is physically lazy but lives off of the mental plane. aries is passionate in love but libra is more romantic. aries will say what is on their mind and has an act first think later attitude and approach to life. libra will think about what they say and put it in the most fitting and articulate way possible and they think about everything and weigh everything out before acting.

Each sign has an opposite like this. they keep to their half of the zodiac though: water with earth and air with fire.

signs that border each other ARE quite different from each other but are by no means opposite each other. tuarus is earth and gemini is air. air is opposite fire and earth is opposite water......
