  1. That is a broad question...this can very widely between different planes...depends on weight....CG.....cruise altitude....temperature....everything can change it....my bird (Hawker 800) on a normal lightweight day will show around 2-5 degrees....

  2. The optimum angle of attack produces the greatest lift and with the least amount of induced drag, otherwise known as the maximum L/D. This angle is different for every aircraft, and is variable with changes in airspeed, weight, center of gravity and other factors. Generally speaking, it is about the same as the angle of incidence of the wing to the fuselage, so that in cruising flight the flight deck and cabin are in a level position.

  3. It depends mainly on what type of airfoil you have for your wing.
