What is the option for which the saved file should give the route on the hard copy i.e. for future reference ?

the hard copy should indicate where it is located not searching

eg: D/Divya/Bank/file name should be mentioned.

Please re-phrase. I'm sure you have a simple Qn.. If only we could uuunderstand it.. If you want anything for future, get a printout, or save it on en external drive or burn it ona DVD or mail it to self on Gmail etc where teh attachment size is 20MB now..
