Special sauce,its kind of like a mayo/saladcream mix with a drop of ketchup for colour & very finely chopped veg in it, the closest iv ever been able to find in the supermarket was heinz sandwich spread,but its a bit sharper. I would have a nice big whopper from Burgerking but with special sauce,yum!

It is a secret recipe kept by Mc Donalds. Its basically thousand Island dressing but not quite as sharp tasting and contains really small grounds of relish and lettuce.  If they would sell it to grocery stores to sell they would make a killing.

MAC SAUCE!! I work there and I honestly couldn't tell you anything more than mac sauce...because it's a secret just like the Arby's sauce....

It is NOT just 1000 Island, although similar.

it's a special big mac sauce.

closest recipe calls for:

1 cup mayo

1/4 cup French Dressing

1 Tbs onion juice

2 Tbs of relish

1/4 teas salt.

1000 Island is

Mayo, ketchup, relish, worchestershire sauce.

Similar but not the same.
