i think the OVA's portray much more emotions that the series itself

the first one Samurai X:Trust & Betrayal

is about Kenshin's childhood & more of his former life...

him as a Batousai & about his first wife-Tomoe

this is so sad... T_T

2nd OVA is Samurai X:Reflection

if the 1st one is about his former life, now this one is about his life during & after the series..

it even got a shot of his son - Kenji
