What is the organisational structure of Ryanair?

I'm also looking for the answer to this question. My guestimation would be that it is a hierarchichal structure from the top (michael o'leary, board of directors, finance, department heads etc) to the pilots, but then turns into a flat structure when dealing with cabin staff and ground staff given that all their skills are transferrable and they are expected to work at differing roles regardless of position held.
