What is the origin on the name 'Telsie' ?

My grandmothers name is Telsie, and she has alwys been upset because she couldnt find the meaning of her name. It seems to be very uncommon, so i was wondering if there was anyone named telsie or knew a telsie or just knew what it meant so i could put her at ease. Thankyou
