  1. About 9 years ago he ran a column recommending Pau d'Arco tea. You brew an extra strong tea, using 2 or 3 teabags per cup of water. Let cool until just comfortably warm & soak the feet in it for 10 minutes or until water feels cold. Pour into a covered container and refrigerate to reuse. After 3-4 uses, discard and brew a fresh batch. Use every day or 2x daily. Takes a minimum of 3 months but it works and its cheap and it has no side effects.

  2. Vicks Vapo Rub.  I believe Tea Tree Oil is supposed to work as well.

  3. Toe nail fungus is very easily dealt with with Grapefruit seed extract (GSE)

File the toe nail so you get rid of most of the part that crumbles up. File over a newspaper for example so you can get rid of the "powder" from the filing. You don't want to contaminate anything else! Desinfect any metal nail file to avoid contamination of other nails, or throw away a cardboard nail file.

Put pure GSE on the affected toe nail twice a day and to avoid relapse continue doing so for at least one month after all symptoms have disappeared.

Put 20 drops of GSE to the last rinsing water for socks and stockings to avoid re-contamination.

    All the best!
