What is the page called in the beginning of a book that is a shout out to someone?

i am writing a little story, and really need to know. it is probably something obvious, and I have asked my friends, but they told me to go here and see. Help, please and thank you.

acknowledgements? dedications? either one would work. most people just write "this book is dedicated to....." thats for when you want to say something like "to my friends, who i love" but when you want to have a page (usually at the end of the book) where you thank all the people that helped you-editors, publishers, etc, thats different. id say that would be acknowledgements and the first one would be dedications
