173700 probably is not correct that is for the old style power trim and tilt midsection or on non powertrim and tilt models. if your engine has "fastrack" power trim and tilt the correct # is 175125 for single cable systems

for dual cable systems you need 1-# 175125 link and 1 # 175322 dual cable steering adapter kit. that link was originally shipped WITH the engine. be careful as the fast trak system has a redesigned midsection with different geometry and will not function without the correct parts. double check your MODEL # on your engine to make sure. if you have questions contact me and I will be glad to help
