  1. You follow the path of humility and you will reach there. Both giver and taker must have a frame of mind to accept it.

  2. Forgiveness has to be earned. If you have hurt someone you should ask for forgiveness in sincerity and good faith; and never to repeat the same mistake in the future. If the person you have wronged refuses to forgive you, never mind, at least you have cleared your conscience.

On the other hand if you have sinned then you have to seek God's forgiveness in sincerity, feels guilty about it and then makes a vow not the sin again. That way it is much easier for you to repent.

  3. The path of forgiveness is looking beyond blame, beyond revenge, beyond the mistake to find a higher good. Learning that forgiveness is healing, not only to the person you forgive, but for your own self, for the negative feelings such as anger, hatred, revenge, hostility only eats you up inside and consumes you.

  4. Forgive yourself, be truly sorry for what you have done and ask sincerely for forgiveness. You should get it.

  5. Be sorry for what you did wrong and STOP doing it THEN tell the one you wronged that you are sorry and THEN ask her/hm to forgive you

  6. The blood of Christ is the only path to true forgiveness.  He has paid the ransom that believers may be freed from the due penalty of their sin and be counted righteous as Christ's righteousness is imputed to them.  When granted faith to trust Christ for salvation and forgiveness, believers are granted repentance from their sins and given hearts that might seek to glorify God in their thoughts and actions.  They live out forgiveness and extend what they've received to others.

Of course, when God forgives, He puts that sin as far as East is from West, which means He forgets it.  People are not capable of such forgiveness because their sinful flesh loves so much to hold onto hurts and offenses in order to use them for later ammunition in arguments and squabbles.

I guess that's the long answer.  Short answer: Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  No one can come to the Father except through Him.  If one has come to the Father, he's been forgiven through the blood of Christ and nothing else.

  7. Repent of your sins ask God to forgive and go and do those things no more.
