What would be the penalty for a 15 year old caught trafficking drugs in the city and was caught with over 2 ounces of cocaine and 100 e caps in his jacket pocket?

1st offence?  i'd guess probation.... and there would be no record of it on his 18th birthday, we have a terrible justice system here

That would vary from one province to the next. And it would also depend on whether this is the first time you've been caught.
