What is the penalty for being ticketed for transporting passengers with a provisional license in california?

Hello, I was pulled over today for transporting my 16 year old friend. I am 16 years of age, and have had my license for 2 months. I was ticketed on the grounds of Code 12814.6 CVC. What is the common penalty for these first time restriction violations? $35 fine, community service? Thank you for your help. Do they work on a point system?

A fine and or community service.

A second violation of the provisional license terms calls for revocation of that license. You're back on the bus for 30 days. A third violation puts you on the bus till you turn 18.
