What is the penalty for contributing to the delinquency of a minor in illinois??

What is the penalty for contributing to the delinquency of a minor in illinois? Like per say we are on a party bus and were all 21 but theirs one person that is under 21 what would happen to all of us that are 21 and older???

It is a class A misdemeanor - up to 1 yr in Jail + fine for a minor - 17 -20

A felony if a juvenile - under 17

Some of the crimes for the first one ca be enhanced - depending on the offense you assist in.
